1 Giant Mind is a multi-national charitable organisation established to reduce stress related mental illness and lifestyle disease by delivering free digital meditation and education programs to those in need. In the last 12 months, 1 Giant Mind’s meditation program taught 25,000+ Australians including Australian’s most at risk of mental illness in partnership with ReachOut.com program.
Jonni is an internationally recognised meditation master who has dedicated his life to sharing the knowledge gained from some of the great living masters of our time. Professional speaker and facilitator of mass meditation experiences, he specialises in teaching the art of realising the minds potential, so to live the most innovative and fulfilling life possible. Studying and teaching for over 18 years, Jonni now travels the world as a personal consultant, mentor and teacher to fortune 500 CEO’s, cultural leaders, political figures, high net worth individuals, professional sports people, mums dads and kids.
He has made hundred’s of presentations to a wide variety of audiences from universities, schools and corporations to the main stage at music festivals with 5,000+ participants. He has been invited to present and collaborate with figures such as His holiness the Dalai Lama, Sir Richard Branson, Deepak Chopra and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to mention a few.
Jonni is also at the forefront of cutting edge meditation based scientific research and he is currently conducting a world first study on the impact of meditation in the corporate environment in partnership with La Trobe University Victoria and Swisse Wellness. He was nominated for the Nexus Australian Social Innovator of the Year Award, in 2014, for his meditation programs that address the dangerous levels of stress that young people face, in particular within the Australian university system.
Some other interesting facts: Jonni has been a professional rollerblader and toured the world competing and performing live shows with the likes of Tony Hawk. He was a lead actor in a internationally acclaimed Australian television series, Heartbreak High and is also a multi award winning television director and producer.
