Professor Amanda Sinclair: BA (Hons), PhD, Professorial Fellow
Amanda is an academic, consultant and researcher. Much of her recent executive education work with organisations and executive teams has focused on new approaches to leadership, including incorporating insights and evidence from meditative traditions, mindfulness research and yoga.
Amanda is currently a Professorial Fellow at Melbourne Business School, The University of Melbourne where she was formerly the Foundation Chair of Management (Diversity and Change). She teaches leadership and change, amongst other subjects, on the MBA, the Executive MBA and for MBS-Mt Eliza programs, such as Leading for Strategic Success.
With extensive consulting and coaching experience, Amanda’s recent work has involved organisations and executive teams in healthcare, corporate, school and university settings, focusing on introducing mindfulness to their leadership work. She also continues her work in women and leadership, supporting women to achieve and flourish in senior roles.
She is also a regular contributor to business press and teaches yoga and meditation.
